Property Services can form part of the PropertyWorks solution to undertake services on behalf of the client or to augment existing services being undertaken within the client's orgainisation. A range of services that can be provided include:

Property Strategy Support

To improve the utilisation or 'fit' of the property portfolio the ProeprtyWorks Team can provide the following services:

• Strategic advice, including preparation and development of an estate strategy
• Procurement strategy for property related issues
• Town and Country Planning advice and consultation

Land & Property Valuation Surveys

We can undertake valuation of land and property both in its current position and its potential (oportunity) value following an option appraisal exercise.

Property Condition Survey Work

• Property condition assessments to suit client requirements
• Statutory obligation survey work can be undertaken such as:
  • Legionella
  • Asbestos
  • Access for disabled people
  • Fixed wire testing
